Get the project name, phase, promoter's legal name, location and UP RERA registration number from the seller or developer. A brand name may cover several phases or entities. Ask which phase contains the particular plot or apartment being offered and where that appears in the sanctioned layout or allotment papers.
Search the regulator's own page
UP RERA's public Search Projects page provides district, promoter, registration-number and project-name fields, plus a captcha.
